Endangered tiger forest sanctuary in Thailand where you could walk around with Tigers
Elephant Nature Park, some 40 miles from Chiang Mai, has been rescuing and rehabilitating pachyderms since the 1990s. Elephant Nature Park is an elephant rescue and rehabilitation center providing a natural environment for elephants, dogs, cats, and buffaloes.
Met up with our daughter, her partner, niece and her partner - serendipity that we were all in Chiang Mai at the same time. One couple lives in Calgary, one in Saint John and my husband and I hang our hats in Halifax. Treated the “kids” to an unforgettable day at a local elephant preserve. These two lovelies had just finished their mud spray after a river bath.
